TERMS OF SERVICE

1. SERVICES Pathwise Commerce provides ecommerce strategy consulting services including site optimization, conversion strategy, and business advisory for online brands using Shopify and multi-channel approaches.

2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

  • Services are booked through our website or by direct contact
  • Payment is required in full prior to scheduled consultation unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept major credit cards and payments in CAD
  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

3. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before appointment: full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours: non-refundable
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • No-shows are non-refundable

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Strategy documents and recommendations provided become client property upon full payment
  • Pathwise Commerce retains the right to general methodologies and frameworks
  • Client information remains confidential

5. ADVISORY NATURE & LIABILITY

  • Our services are advisory and consultative in nature
  • Implementation of recommendations is at client's discretion
  • Results are not guaranteed
  • Pathwise Commerce is not liable for business outcomes resulting from implementation decisions
  • Maximum liability limited to fees paid for services

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

  • All client business information is kept confidential
  • We do not share client data with third parties except as required by law

7. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
